Free Duncan Yo-Yo for Registrations received by November 5, 2023 (or 70 paid registrations — whichever comes first). 

PLEASE NOTE:  Both 4th and 5th grade Webelos can sign up for both morning and afternoon sessions.

Fees include 2 to 4 Webelos Pins, lunch, a patch, Webelos College diploma, John Higby Yo-Yo Guy Special Entertainment, school and program fees. 

We recommend that Webelos are registered as den or pack by a Den Leader, Pack Leader or a Pack Coordinator.

PARENTS ALERT BEFORE REGISTERING 

• Please check with your Webelos or Pack Leader before completing the online registration if they providing group registration.
• Please download and read the Parents/Leader Guide Found in the "Resource Tab"

• You will need the full Webelos Name (under the “Attendee Form” (this is how the name will be printed on the diploma certificate), the name of the parent/guardian attending with the Webelos, an email address, extra lunch order for parents attending and Webelos Pins selection.

Common mistakes made… 

• Parents register their son/daughter with a pin they have already earned.
• Parents registered them in a class without any of their friends. 
• Their Webelos/Pack Leader have already registered them and they are adding a duplicate registration
  • Sorry, we do not refund duplicate registrations.
  • Select Pins carefully — Webelos may not switch classes. 

Webelos Adventures Pins are selected on a “first-paid-first-served” basis.  We are limiting class size to 15 Scouts.  Get your registration in early as classes will fill up quickly.
