Scouts BSA, Venture and Sea Scout units are allowed one vehicle per unit for gear drop off Friday and pick up Sunday at a location near the campsite. The permit must be requested by registering the vehicle online prior to the start of the event. Information required is specified below. Please note: Vehicles will not be allowed in the camping area on Saturday. The permit will be issued in advance and must be visibly displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle.

Make, model, and plate number of the vehicle

Name, cell phone and email of the driver
