Hoyt Adventure Day Camp

Health Forms:  As part of our medical screening, all campers are required to have a physical dated within one year of the first day of camp performed by a licensed Physician, PA, or Nurse Practitioner.  Please schedule your child's physical with your family's healthcare provider as soon as possible.  

Transportation Options:  We are offering bussing from both the New Haven and Bridgeport areas.  This service is contingent on a minimum of 10 campers riding the bus each week from each location.  If you require bus transportation, please register before May 1.  On that day we will determine if enough campers are utilizing the buses to provide the service.

Refund policy:  $50 deposit is non-refundable.  Refunds for the balance of fees paid are made only for the following reasons:
1) Serious illness, accident or death in the immediate family
2) Camper is required to attend summer school which conflicts with the day camp schedule
3) Family moves to a new residence further from the camp.
All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to the CT Yankee Council office.  Requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
