Registration ends Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 12 noon.
Before You Begin Registration:
T-Shirt SAre no longer available and only for Troops that were registered by Oct 2. Troops (with 10 or more youth) registered by October 2 will receive two “STAFF” T-shirts for youth leaders. Shirts are a lightweight 4.6 oz -- 65% poly / 35% cotton blend. Consider sizing up for layering. Please select sizes during registration.
Campsite Selection: After entering participant info, click the “Select Campsite” button near “Edit Information” — this is often overlooked. Campsites are assigned Jamboree-style using map keys (not traditional Hoyt names). Download the Hoyt Campsite Map under the Resources tab.
Camping is in Lower Hoyt; Upper Hoyt opens only for overflow or special requests (email: saugatuck-activities@ctyankee.org).
AOLs will be assigned to their host troop’s site or given a site if camping as a Den.
Pavilions: Not available for unit use — reserved for program areas.
Campsite Requests: Honored in order of paid registration.
Registration & Refund Policies:
No refunds, but substitutions within the unit are allowed.
No refunds for duplicate registrations.
Only 5th-grade AOL Scouts may attend, accompanied by a parent. No siblings or unregistered youth/adults allowed.
Only registered adults may camp overnight with troops.
Arrow of Light Camping is Saturday to Sunday. No camping Friday night for AOLs.
