ALERT -- Please note: We’re unable to offer refunds for those unable to attend or for duplicate registrations. However, paid registrations may be transferred to another Scout. Thank you for your understanding!
For those that registered for the cancelled afternoon session don’t worry — we’ve moved you to the morning session so you can still participate. If that time doesn’t work for you, just let us know and we’ll be glad to arrange a refund.
We recommend that Youth are registered as den or pack by a Den Leader, Pack Leader or a Pack Coordinator.
PARENTS ALERT BEFORE REGISTERING
- Please check with your Den or Pack Leader before completing the online registration to check if they are providing group registration.
- Sorry, we do not refund for duplicate registration.
- Please download and read the Parents/Leader Guide Found in the "Resource Tab"
You will need the full Youth Name when registering under the "Personal Information" (this is how the name will be printed on the diploma certificate), the name of the parent/guardian attending with the Youth, an email address, extra lunch orders for parents attending.
If you can’t attend in the morning, you may join a waiting list. If additional volunteers step up, we’ll notify if an afternoon session becomes available — tentatively 1 to 4 PM
Program Structure: Instead of selecting individual adventures, Scouts will enroll in colleges with preselected adventures awards.
