Important Notes for a Safe & Successful Event

  • This is NOT a drop-off event. All Scouts must be accompanied by a parent or supervised by a Pack-approved, registered adult.
  • Pack Adult Coordinator Required: Each Pack must designate an adult coordinator for each session (morning and/or afternoon) to manage check-in, lead the Pack, and coordinate participation.

Attention Parents — Avoid Double Registration

  • Youth and adults may register as a Pack (preferred) or as individuals.
  • Before registering individually, please check with your Pack or Den Leader to confirm whether your Pack is registering together.
  • No refunds will be issued for duplicate registrations.

Refund Policy

  • All registrations are non-refundable. If a registered Scout is unable to attend, another Scout from the same unit may be substituted. Please coordinate substitutions with the event registrar prior to check-in. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Thank you for helping us keep event costs affordable for everyone.

Special Programs & Recognition

  • Benjamin Franklin America 250 Award: Cub Scouts may earn this special award by participating in an on-site workshop covering all requirements.
  • Arrow of Light (5th Grade) Program: AOL Scouts will receive a special presentation and be honored with the Spirit of the Eagle Feather Award, recognizing their achievements as they prepare to transition to Scouts BSA.
