Level 1 COPE Instructor Certification. It’s a full-day, hands-on training for adults who want to serve as Level 1 COPE instructors. You’ll learn how to facilitate COPE initiatives, manage safety and group dynamics, and guide teams through challenge in a way that builds confidence and connection.
