Registration Deadline

Registration closes Tuesday, October 13 at 10:00 PM.

Please register early. The camporee is designed for 24 patrols of 8–10 Scouts. Once capacity is reached, we will do our best to accommodate additional patrols. Patrols with fewer than eight Scouts may be combined with another patrol.

Campsite Selection

After entering participant information, click the “Select Campsite” button located near “Edit Information.” This step is often overlooked.

Campsites will be assigned Jamboree-style using map keys rather than traditional Hoyt campsite names.

  • Camping will be in Lower Hoyt.
  • Upper Hoyt will open only for overflow or approved special requests.
  • Campsite requests will be honored in the order paid registrations are received.
  • Pavilions are reserved for program use and are not available to units.
  • Download the Hoyt Campsite Map from the Resources tab.

For special campsite requests, email saugatuck-activities@ctyankee.org.

Arrow of Light Scouts

Arrow of Light Scouts must register separately and should not be included with a troop registration.

Only fifth-grade Arrow of Light Scouts may attend, and each Scout must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Siblings and unregistered youth or adults may not attend.

Arrow of Light Scouts will participate in an age- and skill-appropriate program and join the troops for selected afternoon activities.

AOL camping is Saturday to Sunday only. Friday-night camping is not available for Arrow of Light Scouts.

AOL Scouts will either camp with their host troop or be assigned a campsite when attending as a den.

Registration and Refund Policies

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Substitutions within the same unit are permitted.
  • No refunds will be issued for duplicate registrations.
  • Only registered adults may camp overnight with troops.
