Join us for a fun weekend of STEM-related Merit Badges, special programs with Ultimate and Chess Tournaments topped off by an awesome Saturday Night Gaming Party! There are hikes, GaGa Pit and other stuff to do! Don’t miss it! Registration requires name of Scout, Merit Badge choice and email (optional but helpful for MB Counselor to contact if needed). We are moving forward with planning for our District Spring Activities in hopes that by May, the COVID-19 will be less of a concern. However, we are not sure.

Troops and Crews may register for the Spring STEM Camporee without requiring payment at this time. This will allow us to gauge interest and continue planning. Once we get closer to the date, and we are cleared to offer the activity, we can review with units their registration numbers and finalize payment arrangements. Select the YOUTH REGISTRATION & PAY LATER button.

For Troops that have already paid and registered -- Not To Worry Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be provided for Scouts/Adults kept home for illness or potential illness.
  • Refunds will also be provided if the event is canceled.
