A traditional harbinger of Spring, the Fishing Derby at Deer Lake, is open to all BSA members and their families. Morning and afternoon sessions start with a meal followed by fishing in the stocked lagoon (2 trout limit) for $20 each. Only those under 18 yrs of age are eligible for prizes. For those not fishing but wishing to share the meal, cost is $8. Please read additional information below before registering.

Scouts must be accompanied by an adult. Registration name, etc is the adult contact, either parent or unit leader.

Each registration for Fishing includes the appropriate meal and adds $20. Additional meals for those not fishing adds $8 per meal to the total fees.

Learn to Fish classes are available during the first hour of each session. There is no additional charge. Youth participants in the class may borrow fishing gear. Register for the class as part of your registration.
