Scouting’s flagship event is one-of-a-kind. It’s a gathering of tens of thousands of Scouts, leaders, and Jamboree Service Team members that showcases everything that is great about the Boy Scouts of America. Over the course of 14 summer days, typically occurring once every four years but in this case delayed to six years due to the pandemic, the Boy Scouts of America gathers together. Scouts and Scouters who attend will explore all kinds of adventures—stadium shows, pioneer village, Mount Jack hikes, adventure sports and more—in the heart of one of nature’s greatest playgrounds. With 10,000 acres at the Summit to explore, there’s no shortage of opportunities to build Scouting memories.
Join the fun as part of the Connecticut Yankee Council contingent to the National Jamboree. The contingent departs CT July 16 and returns July 29. The fee is projected at $2500 per person, youth and adult, and includes the pre-Jamboree camping weekend, transportation to and from West Virginia, a stop at Hershey Park, all admission fees, meals, lodging, insurance and most troop/patrol equipment.
Registrants must be current members of BSA and at least 12 years old by July 19. Review the full list of eligibility requirements at: https://jamboree.scouting.org/participants/participant-leader-qualifications/
