Fundamentals of Training and Trainer's EDGE are designed for all trainers wishing to enhance their training and presentation skills. These are required train-the-trainer course for Wood Badge. These courses demonstrate effective training methods followed by participant hands-on opportunities to practice what they have learned. They will be run back to back and areas of overlap will be be condensed.
